With the Innovative start-up support measure, VLAIO supports small companies younger than 2 years old to develop an innovative project in which the pioneering role within a market or sector is taken up. The support consists of a financial subsidy of € 50,000 in combination with external expert guidance and business case advice from VLAIO and its partners. On the registration page you will find the necessary conditions regarding, among other things, the independence of the company to be eligible for this support.
When registering, the start-up companies need to choose a VLAIO partner. Small companies that start in the broad domain of space (such as satellite communication, satellite navigation, earth observation, space missions, new materials for space) can choose Flanders Space as a VLAIO partner. Flanders Space guides start-up companies in preparing their file and submits the file to VLAIO with/for them.
All information can be found in VLAIO’s call for Innovative Starter Support.
